Instructor Subsidy

The purpose of this subsidy is to assist VSA clubs attract and train gliding instructors. The following subsidies are available to assist with the flying costs incurred during training :

• • $ 300 on achievement of the Level 1 rating,
  • $ 100 on gaining the upgrade to the Level 2 rating, and
  • $ 100 for satifactory completition of instructor refresher courses which are now required every 4 years.
  • Up to $ 200 in out-of-pocket expenses for Level 3 Instructors who attend the annual training and refreshers courses.
