Neil Thompson

Neil Thompson (Geelong): Neil joined the Geelong Gliding Club in 1992. With an engineering background, he was the “go to” man when any machining or welding was required, both for the club and members of all BM clubs. He was the primary builder for the club’s pie cart andtook on the job of finishing the Duo trailerfollowing the departure of John Buchanan. Neil served on the club committee several times over the years, including a term as President, as well as taking on the role of an Air Experience Instructor. He is an all-round good guy and continues to support the club and share his wealth of knowledge.
