The VSA is administered by an elected Committee of Management, the members of which are subject to an annual review.

Integrity
Gliding Australia’s Integrity Framework describes the policies that foster and protect the integrity of our sport. The Framework applies to all clubs, members, competitions and events conducted by Gliding Australia, its Regional associations and clubs. The Framework sets the standard of behaviour that will be accepted within our sport. It ensures that timely action will be taken in response to those that breach the Framework and continue to improve the culture within the sport.

The Victorian Soaring Association works from a base of member organizations to provide a safe environment for all people to experience the thrill of gliding and achieve lifelong enjoyment from the sport.
We are about fostering strong clubs, encouraging enthusiastic participation by inclusion and diversity whilst maintaining robust safety systems.
